Rome, January 18 - Italian exports rose 3.5% in November over the previous month and by 6.4% over the previous year, Istat national statistics bureau said Monday. November imports rose 1.4% over October. Exports added 3.8% in the first 11 months of 2015, Istat said. Exports to non-European countries rose 3.7% and those to within the EU were up 3.4%. The November trade balance was in surplus of 4.4 billion euros, up from 3.4 billion in November 2014. The trade surplus since the beginning of 2015 equalled 39.2 billion euros up from 36.2 billion in 2014.
