Casale Corte Cerro, February 17 - The three children of 93-year-old Renato Bialetti, son of the creator of Italy's iconic Moka coffee pot who died February 10, displayed their father's ashes inside one of the famous stovetop coffee makers at Bialetti's funeral. The funeral took place Tuesday in Bialetti's birthplace, the village of Montebuglio in Casale Corte Cerro, about 100 km northwest of Milan. The Bialetti Moka coffee pot was invented by Alfonso Bialetti in 1933, and the iconic "man with the moustache" logo that accompanies the coffee pot was modeled on Renato.
