(ANSA) - Trento, April 9 - Carabinieri military police in the northern city of Trento on Thursday arrested a 40-year-old man in possession of 3,000 child pornography photographs and videos on his computer.
The arrest came after an investigation conducted jointly with postal police.
The probe was sparked by a report from the mother of an underage girl who allegedly provided the man with provocative photos of herself in exchange for credit on her cell phone.
Police may also charge him with stalking as he allegedly paid people to make anonymous phone calls to the ex-husband of his live-in girlfriend.
