(ANSA) - Beirut, August 26 - ISIS massacred some 700 Turkmen civilians in a northern Iraqi village in July, UNICEF told ANSA Tuesday. "Children, women and old people" from the Shiite minority were among those slain by the Islamists at Beshir, UNICEF Iraq chief Marzio Babille said. The massacre took place between July 11 and July 12, he said.
