India Supreme Court sets April hearing on marines case

New Delhi, January 13 - India's Supreme Court on Wednesday set an April 13 hearing date for the government to present a document detailing how it intends to proceed under an arbitration procedure Italy opened in The Hague and that India has adhered to. Additional Solicitor General Pinky Anand had requested "more time" in the case of two Italian marines held since 2012 on suspicion of killing two Indian fishermen.
