Rome, October 24 - Healthcare essential levels of assistance (LEAs) are only guaranteed in nine Italian regions, according to a report Thursday. A national plan on chronic illness has not yet been approved in four regions, said the report presented by Cittadinanzattiva (Active Citizenship).
