Milan, April 20 - Radical Party members led by right-to-die activist Marco Cappato on Thursday sowed cannabis in Milan's central Piazza Duca d'Aosta, between the central train station and the seat of the Lombardy regional government, on world Cannabis Day. Cappato was identified by police after the stunt and officers confiscated some of the seeds distributed to passersby. Cappato told journalists that time was running out to discuss a bill on legalising cannabis, "otherwise we'll have to wait another two or three years".
