Rome, February 16 - There will be no military cooperation between the US and Russia, Pentagon chief James Mattis said after a meeting of NATO foreign ministers Thursday. "Not now," he said, "Moscow must respect international law". Mattis said US commitment to NATO defence was "solid as a rock", adding that his call for greater spending by its allies had been "well received". photo: Mattis with Defence Minister Roberta Pinotti
