Rome, January 5 - A movie theatre is to open at the Gemelli hospital in Rome to allow patients to benefit from 'film therapy' during treatment, sources said Tuesday. The cinema is the result of a partnership between the hospital and the non-profit association Medicinema with fundraising support from public broadcaster RAI. It will be located on the eighth and ninth floors of the hospital and will have capacity of 130 for patients and their relatives, including those who are bed-ridden or wheelchair-bound. The movie theatre is due to open in March.
